Collaborating on paper for Mensa

Geoff and I have collaborated on a paper that he will present at the Mensa conference in the US in June and then a month later in Slovakia. I have declined attending as I really do need to focus on my thesis.

It has been quite interesting as I have used my research to underpin and define some ideas that he was working on about the changing face of leadership. All my SEO and SEM background has played a big part in shaping the information as I looked at how the long tail requires a very different form of leadership that results caused by the duality of environments that humans now have to operate in.

It is interesting how when you splice and dice knowledge you gain new insights. Research is awesome!
